SuperSecret.com Review

Supersecret is a fun little site. You can play games to earn spenders and age points. Spenders let you buy clothes and furniture for your dorm. Age points let you grow. When you are thirteen you go through a “growth spirt” and can buy more things. With age you also gain access to more areas. When you earn enough age points to turn 11 you get a virtual pet. When you turn 12 you can acquire a dorm to put furniture in. As you turn 15, you get your own  bank account. At 16 you may get a car, and at 18 you can vote. Unfortunately you must pay to grow any older then 12. On this site, i would say it is worth it to pay. You get more pet, clothes, and furniture options, can buy a car, and get more money. This website lets you unlock free chat when you are 11. However, even the free chat is very restrictive. If you misspell a word it says “Cant say that”. If you even type “Date” it sends up the rejection message.

Supersecret seems to fill the gap between Club Penguin and IMVU. The Games vary from puzzles, like Superstacker to Fancy Pant Adventures. With 52 games to play, your bound to find something you like.

Though this game seems to be designed for 9- 14 year olds, you can grow from 10-18 (providing that you pay). At thirteen you grow taller and look older. At fourteen you find a secret world of caverns. This website gets 4 out of 5 stars from me. I think its worth checking out :-) .

Thank you game reviewer! I had heard about SuperSecret before but I wasn’t sure if it was fun. Your review really makes me want to check out SuperSecret.com and see how it works.

The Problem with SuperSecret is that it promises, but doesn’t deliver. Kids get hooked in during the free part, then when dad pays for the rest, SuperSecret can’t deliver. Players easily advance to the end of the road (15 years) and can’t go further–the game hasn’t been developed further yet, but is put up as if it is. SuperSecret then turns into a Super Rip. There are no refunds (read the fine print)…meaning that if you buy one of their six month or year packages, your kids will be bored spitless within a couple of weeks and you are out the money, with no recourse. Again, SuperSecret is a SuperRip. Don’t get sucked in.
